Declaration of Conformity

(In accordance with Circular No. 30/2011/TT-BCT issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade)

We, under our sole responsibility as the representatives of Casio Computer Co., Ltd of Japan, hereby declare that none of the Casio products sold in Vietnam as of 1 December 2012 contain amounts of restricted chemical substances that exceed the limits stipulated in Circular (THÔNG TƯ) No. 30/2011/TT-BCT issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (BỘ CÔNG THƯƠNG) "provisionally stipulating allowable limit contents of a number of toxic or hazardous chemicals in electric or electronic products (Quy định tạm thời về giới hạn hàm lượng cho phép của một số hóa chất độc hại trong sản phẩm điện, điện tử)".
